Player Eligibility: All players participating on a Fairfield County Basketball League (FCBL) team must reside in the boundaries of the town represented by that team, or they must be a student in the public school system of that town.
"Cut" player exception: If a player is "cut" from his home town team, that player can play for another FCBL program. Every player is required under FCBL policy to try out under his/her home town, and accept a position on that team if offered. The FCBL Division Director will need to be notified of any player using this Residency rule exception, and a written excusal of that player will be required from his home town program.
Each participant should bring a basketball & water bottle to tryouts. No MTB gear should be worn by players. Please be sure to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate if it hasn't been uploaded during registration. If you have any questions about tryouts, please email us at [email protected] There is no cost to register for tryouts, and you will not be billed the league fee until your child is offered and accepts a position on a team.
*All players taking part in tryouts should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time.

3rd-4th Grade Girls: Thursday October 11th 6pm-7:30pm
3rd-4th Grade Boys: Thursday October 11th 7:30pm-9pm
5th Grade Boys: Saturday October 13th 3pm - 4:30pm
6th Grade Boys: Saturday October 13th 4:30pm - 6pm
7th Grade Boys: Saturday October 13th 6pm - 7:30pm
8th Grade Boys: Saturday October 13th 7:30pm - 9pm
